"Purchasing insurance is not easy but I gained appreciation for the process through State Farm Account Manger Paula Grimaldy-Camargo, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would've preferred a better rate but the system is what the system is but was optional was the customer service and Paula is top notch when it comes to her understanding of concerns, listening and helping to do what she can to soften the blow of the high priced insurance that we're all dealing with, especially in Florida. I am looking forward to the relationship with State Farm and I'm happy to have access to reach Paula if I have any questions or concerns, she is amazing!"

"Horrible experience and unprofessional. We send them multiple customers and had 5 cars on their policy, they kept increasing the rate and constant battle why the increase and zero resolution besides just rate increase and gave me phone numbers to random companies to investigate why it went up. Don’t deal with them, you’ll have constant rate increases. Canceling my insurance with them."
